आपमें से कई लोग अवगत होंगे कि कुछ माह पूर्व, राजभाषा विभाग ने इस आधार पर प्रतिनियुक्ति के आवेदनों पर विचार करना बंद कर दिया था कि हमारे संवर्ग में ही विभिन्न स्तरों पर इतने सारे पद ख़ाली हैं। विभाग के इस निर्णय से राजभाषा संवर्ग में सभी स्तरों पर असंतोष व्याप्त था क्योंकि संवर्गकर्मी विभिन्न पदों के लिए पात्र होते हुए भी कहीं प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए आवेदन नहीं कर पा रहे थे। इस बीच, एसोसिएशन को कुछ साथियों ने यह जानकारी भी दी कि प्रतिनियुक्ति संबंधी उनके आवेदनों पर राजभाषा विभाग अपेक्षित कार्रवाई नहीं कर रहा है।
मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए, एसोसिएशन ने यह मुद्दा राजभाषा सचिव महोदय के समक्ष लिखित रूप में उठाया है और मांग की है कि प्रतिनियुक्ति के विकल्प बहाल किए जाएं। यह इसलिए भी आवश्यक है कि जिन पदों के लिए राजभाषा संवर्ग के कर्मी भी पात्र हों,उनका लाभ एकतरफा रुप से संवर्गेतर राजभाषाकर्मियों तक सीमित न रहने पाए और हमारे साथी भी उच्चतर पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकें तथा उनके मनोबल पर कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव न पड़े।
आशा है, विभाग इस मुद्दे की संवेदनशीलता को समझते हुए शीघ्र ही अनुकूल निर्णय लेगा और अनुवाद अधिकारीगण प्रतिनियुक्ति के लिए पूर्ववत् आवेदन कर सकेंगे।
The Association has very well hit the nail on the head and hopefully this endeavour will bear the desired fruit.The Association deserves yet another açclaim for its indefatigable and unflagging efforts for each and every concern of the members of the CSOLS.Actions speak louder than words. जवाब देंहटाएंThe Association and in particular the President deserves a big applause for his various efforts which we all members can see through his updates and the actions of DOL . Yes of course there is a lot to be done to bring back the off road heavyweight old vehicle on the track but we all know that chronic diseases takes more time to recover subject to intelligent planning and disciplined way of treating with different types of medicines. Coming to the point I would suggest that as far as Deputation etc an order could be released by DOL which is copied to all ministries etc till the final decision comes that Applications for employment/deputations outside cadre should be forwarded directly by departments to prospective employers and /accepted by departments in view of natural justice and general principles/guidelines of DOPT in this regard without waiting for DOL cadre Clearance which could be decided later on just before the interview/final acceptance of appointment in case of selection because duration of selection process varies . It will not only bypass the long process and unnecessary paperwork at dol but will also limit the task as the finally selected and no. of finally accepted offers are very less in comparison to initial no of applicants.So that members of csols cadre do not miss good career prospects just because of overage etc/ unjustified pessimistic interpretations .After all this is everyone's right to grow in life.
