* *डीओपीटी ने 3 वर्ष की सेवा पूरी कर चुके उप-निदेशकों को संयुक्त निदेशक के रुप में पदोन्नति देने और 4 वर्ष से अधिक की नियमित सेवा पूरी कर चुके 7 वरिष्ठतम सहायक निदेशकों को उप-निदेशक बनाए जाने के लिए छूट के प्रस्ताव को मंज़ूरी दी। एसोसिएशन ने पिछले दिनों इस सिलसिले में डीओपीटी की सचिव से मुलाक़ात की थी। * एसोसिएसन ने शेष सहायक निदेशकों की पदोन्नति के मामले को भी निर्णायक सफलता मिलने तक डीओपीटी के समक्ष उठाते रहने का भरोसा दिलाया।

रिक्ति, पदोन्नति, संभावना और आशंकाएं

The post in question is mere an act of regurgitation. These facts have been responded to several times in the past in writing as well as orally. But when one stonewalls one's mind to take other's view in consideration and arrive at informed and judicious decision and conclusion, then situation becomes fishy and fraught. Some facts are required to be reiterated: 

1. All  officers/officials figuring in zone of consideration are not promoted. The calculation varies from 1.5 times to 5 times of actual no of vacancies. 

2. Promotion in the grade of ADs against Promotion quota is update till the vacancy year 2021. The process of filling up the vacancies in the year 2022 will start very soon.

3. There are no vacancies in the promotion quota for AD. There are about 60 vacancies against Direct Quota till the vacancy year 2022. We have no legitimate claim over these vacancies even for adhoc promotion. This is possible only with the approval of competent authority. But the way we are voicing out our anger and angst for Cadre Controlling Authority, is misplaced and to say more is ominous.

4. We as an Association never act maliciously to any person or group of persons. What will we the gain out out of that? Conversely, if we could bring smile on your faces by elevating you, this may serve as an elixir. And, for a moment, suppose we have malice towards anybody, why and how can a full fledged Department play to our whims n malice?

5. Arithmetic and chemistry-- both are essential in life. They guide us to right path and check and balance our unbridled thought and sedate giving way to pause, ruminate and proceed.

6. We must not be oblivious to hard realities and facts. Rather, ponder over the way out and forward. On this parameter, we are very much on the job with utmost sincerity. There is tightrope walk ahead on the count of DR component. We have proposed the elimination of this in cadre review also. Any haste and jumping the gun may turn out to be counterproductive and counterintuitive. This fear is looming large on the cadre that we can see with our experienced prism. Any deviation from the track we have embarked on, will be disastrous for the prospective promotees --particularly those in the lower rung of seniority list.

This is not intended to create any panic but to caution you against the future implications if we do not exercise restraint in the larger interest of the cadre.

7. Hope, this quells the burn of few of our members having the propensity of taking shape of inferno. Pl. escape the engulfment.

If, however, you are not convinced, President Sh. Dinesh Kumar Singh has always been available for threadbare discussion. Otherwise, chart out measures on your own and convince us. Will b obliged.

  1. सीधी भर्ती के लिए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से नोटिफिकेशन इस वर्ष आने की कोई संभावना है। कृपया बताने का कष्ट करें कि कोई इंडेंट इन 60 रिक्तियों को भरने के लिए राजभाषा विभाग द्वारा भेजा गया है अगर अभी नहीं भेजा गया है तो कब तक भेजे जाने की संभावना है।
